PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship


POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.


SHIPPING RETURNS
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs of returns. Our shipping fee from initial purchase is non-refundable. When you receive your refund the initial shipment fee will be deducted


RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. All original tags must be attached. For returns, please email info@tresamisboutique.com with your order number, your receipt, full name, phone number and what product you are inquiring about.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
All jewelry and gift cards are exempt from returns or exchanges due to health and COVID-19 protocol. 
All items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items that are not in original condition, or damaged items that were not due to our mistake.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at Tresamisboutique@gmail.com

 


REFUNDS
Once we receive your item(s) we will inspect to make sure the item(s) meet the return guidelines. We will send you an email once we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
